Cuddle Gathering Pittsburgh May 15-18, 2025
What is it? A gathering of cuddle professionals for networking, learning and planning for the future.Who should join us? Anyone who is already serious about the professional platonic touch industry.
What are we going to do?
Where will we stay? Two cuddle enthusiasts have opened their homes to us. Our home base will be in a large Pittsburgh home with a satellite home available for folks to stay. We can house approximately 20 folks in the houses. We will have some local nearby hotels listed here soon for those who may choose to stay off campus.
What does it cost?
$310 - program, food and three nights lodging.
Confirmation - Please be aware that we have limited space available for only 20-30 folks. You will receive a confirmation and request for payment and more information after your application has been approved.
Accessibility - our home base is a standard Pittsburgh home with stairs. If you have accessibility requests, please let us know on the Registration form.
THURSDAY - 4:00 doors open. Dinner provided 4:00-7:00. Social and settle in time.
7:00pm Opening Circle - introductions and set the container. We hope you can be here for the Opening circle!
FRIDAY -
9:00 Keynote from Mary and Jasmine. Short look at the Cuddle industry, where have been, where we are going.
10:00- 1:00 Programming and panel sessions.
3:00 - 7:30 Cuddle Party!
SATURDAY -
9:00-1:00 Programming and panel sessions.
Afternoon and evening open for networking and perhaps some offerings from our participants.
Afternoon - Event offered to Pittsburgh public- Touch lab
Afternoon - another possible public event offered to Pittsburgh. Perhaps a Cuddle Party.

Presentation of Cuddle training programs available
$110 - program and snacks only for those staying elsewhere and managing their own food.
$50 - food package for those staying elsewhere who want their meals with us.
Donations accepted - We have worked hard to keep the costs low as we know the travel cost to join us may be a challenge for some. If you would like to donate or volunteer to support this gathering or to support registration scholarships for folks who may have a financial barrier, please let us know.
